After the frenzy of recent years, 2025 gave us a more balanced market. Interest rates stayed higher than many hoped (no sugar-plum dreams there), but buyers adapted, sellers adjusted, and homes continued to sell — especially when priced right and presented well.
In communities like Florence, Cañon City, Pueblo, Pueblo West, and Colorado Springs, we saw:
